TRAINING PROGRAM OUTLINE
Click on the button for the Training Program Outline. Wait for it to appear in your computer, where you can read it. To save it, click on the "Save" icon or go into File/Save As, give it the name you want and put it in the directory of your choice. To print it, do so on by clicking the "Print" icon or by going into File/Print.

You can get the Training Program outline here. You will need Acrobat Reader in your computer. This is free, and very easy to get and install.

- Follow the instructions.
- Adobe provides very clear instructions on what to do.
