I would like recommend the "relaxation/meditation" cd. I have chronic fatigue and fibromyaliga. Before listening to Ken mellors cd's the convential doctors had me on sleeping, anti inflammatory and anti-depressant tablets. None of which worked in increasing my energy and reclaiming my deep sleep that l once had. After coming across the above mentioned cd and listening to it nightly for two weeks, l went from someone with very little nightly sleep to 8 hours of deep restorative sleep. I know l have much more energy during the day as a direct result and l have come off all medication. I have so much more inner peace as l wake with vibrancy and a real deep rest. I can't thank you enough Ken for developing this cd. I just wish more Chronic illness sufferers knew about what you do. For my part, l tell all that will listen, ha!

.....The supermarket - what a trip! We noticed, perhaps for the first time in our lives, just how 'people caring' this lovely place is. How wonderfully each row has been designed to make 'choosing' easy for us. Yes, my friends, its wonderful to see how everything has its place here, how clean, how sparkling, how bright, how rational. And the staff - the caring, sensitive staff, how they take the time ( and perhaps 3000 times a day!) to say 'good morning sir, madam, how are you today?' Have you noticed it my firends? Have you actually taken the time to really consider these things? We didn't until we started using the grounding tape. And the packaging. well I'd never really looked at the corn flakes packet before, the coke bottle and all those bright and glowing containers in the hardware department. Yes, isn't life just so interesting, if we just take the time to stop and look...Speaking of looking - have you ever looked in your garbage bin, I mean really looked? Perhaps we better save that for next time....We love you all so much, especially you know who......

Hello Ken, Elizabeth and Avril, We have settled here now and both have jobs, we have nearly finished renovating our trailer sailer and have been out sailing in it several times.
