You can download and read the workshop outlines here. To do so, you will need Acrobat Reader software in your computer. This is free, and very easy to get and install.
Click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" icon here.
- This will take you straight to the Adobe download site.
- Select the language and platform you want
- Type in your name and email address
- Click on the "Download" button
- Adobe provide very clear instructions on what to do
- Once it is installed in your computer, return here to read the outlines.
OUTLINES HERE
Wait for the document with the outlines to appear in your computer, where you can read it. To save it, click on the "Save" icon or go into File/Save As, give it the name you want and put it in the directory of your choice. To print it, do so on by clicking the "Print" icon or by going into File/Print.
This document contains descriptions of the content of some of the workshops, lectures and courses relating the practice of meditation as taught by Ken or Elizabeth Mellor. The lectures and workshops listed here are primarily those conducted by Ken or Elizabeth, although others do conduct some of them, too. Please feel free to contact the Network for information about someone coming to run any of these events in your area. We will do whatever we can to help.
