GROUNDING MEDITATION

The Grounding Meditation is profoundly simple.  It is also perhaps the most efficient and fundamental way that human beings have of establishing and maintaining calm and equilibrium.  This meditation has had wonderful effects on the lives of many people.  With many practical applications, some people say that their lives have transformed through using it regularly.

The Benefits

Many aspects of our lives can become much more manageable when we use grounding.  The Grounding Meditation helps us to keep a balance between what we experience inside ourselves and what we are having to manage on the outside.  It helps with:

 • keeping the balance when under extreme pressure or the subject of strong provocation

What Grounding Is

Grounding is to do with physical awareness.  Since ancient times, many people have discovered that we well grounded human beings stay much calmer, happier, and more attuned with what they and others need.  People for centuries have transformed their lives using the regular practice of grounding to do it.  With this recording, we can quickly learn how to become better grounded and reap the rewards that so many others have known.

All you need to do is to practise physical awareness.  Because you are already doing this to some extent, you are likely to find that you can learn to do deliberate grounding very quickly.  Then, as a general practice, or when you have  particular needs, you can decide to ground yourself strongly.

The resulting benefits are usually immediate.  Many people find that they notice differences within seconds.  For some issues and in some situations, however, more time is required before a calm equilibrium and a sense of resolution is established.  When this applies, all that is required is persistence.

Persistence is the key.  Persist in grounding for long enough and, based on experience, inner balance is inevitable.  Every moment you are deliberately grounding yourself, you are contributing to greater ease and strength in how you manage all the events of your life.

Using the Recording

When first using the recording, listen to the introduction.  This will give you a general outline of the way the process works, the results you can experience and the way to do it.  After listening to the introduction, then do the meditation itself.  The instructions are simple, concrete and very easy to understand.  The meditation lasts for about half an hour.

To become experienced, practise the meditation regularly using the recording.  Some people do it once a day for several weeks, some do it every few days, and some do it intermittently.  The best results usually come from using the recording until you can do the process without it.  Once you know how, you can do it for only a few seconds at a time.  It is wonderfully helpful in many situations.
