A few weeks ago I bought a copy of your complete health meditation CD. In February this year my body gave up on me – very nearly completely. I have spent the rest of this year rebuilding. Last Saturday I woke up thinking my health improvement had ‘plateau-ed’ – I needed to do something new to take me further. I turned over and opened a CD holder to put on some music and there was your CD. So I put it on.

That was a week ago. I loved what you said and the way you said it. It is all perfectly familiar, but the way you do it has given me a huge boost. The effects were immediate. I could feel new energy flowing through me. By Sunday I felt transformed. I experienced numerous changes in my well being – physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual. I listen every day and continue to change. I have ups and downs - in fact every second day I seem to ‘re-act’ letting go is what I think it is – whatever it is worth it because then I steam forward again.

A week ago I couldn’t walk for more than 10 minutes and I usually felt very tired after that. I work full time but spend the evenings and weekends recovering from work. It is Saturday today and yes I am a little tired and needing some downtime but there is no comparison between how I am today and the difficulty I had getting out of bed last week.

I went out for dinner last night and my friend thought my skin was glowing, I bounced and looked great. I believe my heart is starting to function more normally, various other organs that have been damaged are working better and my digestive system is saying thank you.

Emotionally I feel clearer. Mentally I am coping better. My spirit feels freed. My tongue looks healthier than it has for years (in Chinese medicine the tongue is a key indicator of internal health).

I look back to the age of 15 when my health was seriously undermined by glandular fever and see the damage it did. I see how I acted out my life on top of this and used every scrap of energy to do what I wanted to do without heeding the base problem. Now I feel I am/have created a new base – a much stronger one and can live in the ‘whole’. I also gained new insights into my emotional, mental and spiritual patterns of the past and released many of them.

I am sitting in a house by the beach watching the waves ebb and flow. I realise I have flowed one way much of my life. This year is the ebb year. I have been lucky that my body has given me another chance. (I have some books to write). But from now I will ebb and flow every day to allow all parts of me to process whatever needs processing daily.

I have a way to go but thank you for this huge boost
