CENTERING MEDITATION

Feeding from the deep nourishment that lies in us all is fundamental to living with fullness, happiness and spirituality.  The Centering Meditation is a simple, effective means of helping us to feed ourselves like this.  It places us in deepening soul connection with Life the more we do it.  The more closely connected to Life we are, the brighter, more energised, more harmonious and sweeter our experience lives can be.

It promotes many different changes, which can include:

 • Life energy nourishes our bodies and other parts of our systems
 • bodily vigour bubbles and tingles through us
 • feelings become more intense and more beautiful
 • a deep sense of self evolves
 • love and joy arise within us
 • old issues are stimulated, dislodged and made available for resolution
 • inner completion progresses
 • basic consciousness and awareness expand
 • other “universes” of awareness and perception unfold
 • natural healing, correcting and enlivening processes are strongly promoted
 • we are nourished from within
 • we explore our souls.

People who are habitually well centred are obvious.  They seem to know who they are.  Their impact on others is very noticeable and they often seem surrounded by powerful auras.

By contrast, people who are not well centred are often lost in life.  They tend to centre in other people, or in situations and events outside themselves.  They fail to draw on their own Life force and show the consequent debilitation directly.  Many are often uncertain of what they think, feel or know, particularly when they are with others.  When internal or external pressures mount, they can easily lose sight of, or contact with what is important to them.

Practising the Centering Meditation helps to change these things deeply and quickly.  Everyone can learn to find and stand on a clearly felt solid inner foundation.  We can see things from our own perspectives and know the differences between these and the views of others.  We can hear our own melodies and the ways they harmonises or not with other people’s.  Emitting our own fragrances, we can contribute to the beauty of others.  Most importantly, we find ourselves deeply and meaningfully by making soul contact and expanding this.

Doing the Meditation
The meditation is very easy to do.  For the best results, finding a place that is comfortable and congenial is recommended.  Preferably, too, make it somewhere with a minimum of likely interruptions.

When using the recording, play the introduction first.  The background is very useful to most people.  Then, when you are ready, play the meditation itself.

As you listen to the instructions, actually follow them as fully as you are able.  They are all simple and easy to understand.  Some may take a little practice for you to follow them confidently, as doing what is suggested is not familiar to everyone.  Give yourself time to get used to the instructions and to learning to do them easily.  The recording is a wonderful aid for when you are learning and for concentrated centering times once you know how to do it.

After you know how to do it, we recommend that you do it regularly through every day.  The results are wonderful for many people.  You only need do it for a few seconds at a time, longer if you have the time.  Repeated use helps greatly.  This is a meditation that you can benefit from doing for the rest of your life.
